Horses and Cooking Class
Riding is a millenarian activity, is to have the pleasure of being close to nature while the kitchen can discover the hidden art of the hands. Take this opportunity to ride through endless fields and surprise yourself with a unique cuisine
Combine your passion for cooking and horseback riding on a unique equestrian escape.
We leave Mendoza City, guided by our wine host, and head to " La Alejandra" farm which is located at the foothills of the Andes mountain range, over 1.900 meters above the sea level.
Once there, a delicious breakfast will be waiting for us at the farm lodge. Later on, a local chef will introduce us to the regional cuisine. He will also help us cook our own local lunch (empanadas "cuyanas" , barbecue and crème caramel).
After lunch and following a short horseback riding lesson, we will be ready to saddle up. The ride will take us through colorful landscapes without ever losing sight of the imposing and magnificent beauty of the Andes range.
This will be our time to take some pictures, relax and breath the fresh mountain air. We shall return to the lodge after our horseback ride to enjoy a wonderful tea, or coffee, with toast and home-made jam.
A perfect ending for a perfect day away in the countryside!
