Wine Tours Mendoza Argentina

We pick you up from your hotel at 10.00 am and our first visit starts at Bodega La Rural and one of the best Wine Museums in the world.

There, you will admire an amazing display of machinery, carriages, presses and other tools that contributed to the devlopment of Mendoza wine industry. Of special interest are antique crushers, cooperage tools, colonial mud amphorae, books and oenological catalogs, laboratory equipment, and some fifty carriages.

After our first glass of wine of the day, we continue to visit Bodega Tempus Alba. The surrounding sights are typical of Mendoza ’s rural areas, full of vineyards, olive trees, almond and cherry orchards, and horticultural crops. The shapes and colors of this amzing landscape are enhanced by the changing silhouette and shades of the Andes Mountains . Once in the winery, the oenologist will unveil every detail of the winemaking process in a technical but nonetheless poetic and passionate language. Eventually, you will be seduced by their wine tasting session.

As food is a major part of this trip, we´ll start the morning tasting all the lines of wines while enjoying a delicious plate of almonds, walnuts, fresh green and black olives from their own farm, raisins, different varieties of cheese, prosciutto ham, etc...   

After our light lunch at the winery we continue our journey to the stunning Andean Mountain range for an unforgettable Rafting experience on the Mendoza River .

The mountains bring in adventurous waters surrounded by a beautiful scenery.   Depending on the season, the rapids range from class 3 to 5, in other words from intermediate to advanced. Some areas offer milder rafting however, making it tolerable for the less adventurous.

After our splashy rafting we´ll enjoy a traditional Argentinian BBQ with premium wines carefully chosen to complement our deliciouse local meat. Unless you are vegetarian, you can't leave Argentina without having an asado...
