The Mendoza Malbec wine region is a heaven for lovers of excellent wines and beef. Many bodegas offer their own incredible cuisine and the restaurant scene around town is simply amazing.

We have been very careful in selecting our destinations in order to offer you gorgeous locations which are off the beaten path and which possess great culture and incredible cuisine. Following is a brief description of each.
Mendoza & Buenos Aires - Itinerary
DAY 1: Buenos Aires
Transfer from Ezeiza International Airport to a luxury boutique Hotel.
At night, you will enjoy a welcome dinner at a modern restaurant.
DAY 2: Buenos Aires
Pick up at the hotel this morning and we set off on a cultural City Tour. We will see the Plaza de Mayo and the President of Argentina´s Casa Rosada (the "pink" house); the spacious, grand Avenida de Mayo dotted with plane trees that resemble Madrid's Gran Vía; the Greco-Roman Palacio del Congreso with its green-dome and columns; the microcenter of the city with its busy Pedestrian malls and the shady San Martín Plaza; and rolling parks of Palermo and Retiro, then we go to visit
La Boca
, where the first European immigrants arrived at the end of the XIX century; a walk along Caminito (little path) you will find different artists, street shows and colorful houses called conventillos.
Return to the Hotel.
At night, be prepared for your Tango experience in Argentina, we will visit
one of the greatest tango´s show in Buenos Aires. You will enjoy the "tango" in its most outstanding expression.
Dinner and wine are served with the show.
DAY 3: Buenos Aires
Estancia Ombú de Areco.
This popular one day visit, offers a taste of any of the following activities - guided horse rides, an outing in a horse drawn carriage, the swimming pool, or strolls along the meandering Areco river, and so on - with the guarantee of a delicious ¨asado¨ (barbecue) served with fine Argentine wines.
Optionally on special request, El Ombú offers gaucho folk dance troops, local music groups, as well as creole horse-back skill events, such as sortija races, horseback sprints, bullock lassoing and hog-tying.
Return to the hotel in the evening.

DAY 4: Buenos Aires - Mendoza
Check-out and transfer to the airport for your onward journey to Mendoza.
Arrival at the Mendoza International Airport where your English speaking guide will meet and accompany you to the
boutique hotel located in the charming center of Mendoza.
Lunch open.
In the afternoon City Tour visiting one of the most beautiful cities in our country, a real oasis in the desert. We will appreciate the irrigation ditches and its green open spaces, which are their main characteristic.
Finally, we will visit the
Handcraft Market Ayllu, where popular Latin America art is showed.
At night, dinner included at top Francis Mallman Restaurant (beverages not included),

DAY 5: Mendoza
Uco Valley Wine Tour and Cooking Class.
We pick you up at 9.30am to visit the exclusive high-altitude wine growing area of Valle de Uco. Our first visit will be to Bodega Salentein, a modern winery located at the foothills of the Tupungato Mountain. They are producing one of the best Pinot Noir Reserves. We will also visit "Killka" Convention Center, their cinema and Art Gallery.
Then we go for our Cooking class to Andeluna Cellars,
owned by well-known international businessman Ward Lay.
Enjoy a one-of-a-kind lunch experience sitting at the great table in the dining room while you gaze at the magnificent Andes in the background.
After 3- 4 hours of enjoying our traditional cuisine we will return to the hotel with the experience of tasting the authentic savors and aromas of Mendoza.
Late in the evening, dinner is included at Bistro M,
the main restaurant of the exclusive Park Hyatt. Bistro M serves traditional Mendocinean dishes prepared in the French style (beverages not included).
DAY 6: Mendoza
Full day Luján de Cuyo Wine Tour.
We pick you up from your hotel at 9am. The tour starts at Bodega Alta Vista, a historic and restored winery with stunning underground cellars where the barrels are kept. The winery was exclusively designed to produce very high-quality wines sold around the world under the trade marks Premium, Grande Reserve and Alto. At the end of your visit you will be welcomed in a cozy boutique for complimentary wine-tasting. Your next stop is Bodega Decero, a new winery with a superb view of the Andes.
As Decero means from scratch, they are fortunate to be free from constraints of tradition and
have developed a "by hand" approach that is human, sustainable and sensitive to natural differences.
Then, we will enjoy a gourmet lunch at the Bodega Ruca Malen, a wonderful place where the winery produces up to 250,000 bottles a year, although it has been designed to increase its productive capacity for the future. Ruca Malén works with the key concept of quality, in order to produce wines of style, elegance, and distinction.
Finally, we will visit the Olive oil Company LAUR. It was founded by a French immigrant, from the Loire region in the south of France. He was a pioneer in the plantations of olive trees and in the manufacture of olive oil in the province of Mendoza. We will delight ourselves in olive oil, dry tomatoes and olive pastry.
Return to the Hotel around 06.00pm.
Dinner included at Club Tapiz Restaurant,
located on an estate built in 1890 and surrounded by vineyards, which is regarded as one of Mendoza´s best restaurants (beverages not included).
DAY 7: Mendoza
Free day for optional activities: high mountain scenic tour, hiking, cycling, rafting, fly fishing, and others tours are available on request.
DAY 8: Mendoza - Buenos Aires / Santiago de Chile
Check-out and transfer to the airport for your onward journey to Buenos Aires or Santiago de Chile. Transfer from Buenos Aires domestic Jorge Newbery airport to Ezeiza International Airport.
Ask about optional add-on trips to Chile or Buenos Aires. Extra days must be arranged in advance.
